Leaders spend countless hours studying financial statements. How many spend the same time understanding the health of their customer base?

In Part 1 of a two-part conversation, Wharton professor Dr. Peter Fader explains why his book, The Customer-Base Audit, could change how Wall Street, and every leadership team, judges what a company is actually worth.

Originally aired October 27, 2022 as Episode 8 of The Trusted Guide Podcast (then The Delighted Customers Podcast).
